Hey guys, the election is finally over and it looks like the rate environment is

improving. The feds have dropped the rates again this month and it looks like things

are starting to trend in a direction that is favorable for buyers. Well, it looks

like conventional loan limits have increased and conventional loan rates have come

down below 7 for the first time in a while. FHA and VA loan rates are in the mid

to low 6s and in some cases the high 5s. What that means for buyers is buyers

should start getting their ducks in a row to make sure they're ready to go come.
